Home Health Aide Services
Under the direction of RN or PT, Home Healt Aides (HHA) assist the patient with personal care, hygiene and nutrition.

Physical Therapy
A qualified Physical Therapist (PT) assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s level of function and helps to restores function to the optimum level.
- Evoluation of activities of daily living

- Ortholic and prosthetic device
Occupational Therapy
A qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) assist the physician in evaluating the patient’s level of function in the area of activities of daily living and restores that functioning to the optimum level.
- Evaluation of activities of daily living retraining
- Adaptation of utensils used in activities of daily living, i.e., eating utensils, dressing devices, and personal hygiene devices
Medical Social Work
Medical Social Work (MSW) assist the patient/family in understanding the significant social and emotional factors. Used directly related to the treatment of the patient’s medical condition, also, in relation to social problems that includes finances, housing, and caregiver concerns.
