Skilled Nursing
A Register Nurse (RN) will develop a care plan with the patient and the attending physician to ensure that all aspects of medical care are provided.
English, as well as Russian, Polish, Spanish speaking registered nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, medical social workers, home care assistants are available for your patients’ seven days per week.

Traditional Nursing
- Skilled nursing observation and assessment of all systems, response to new and changed medication,
diet , safety and emergency measures.
- Enterostomal and wound therapies : variety of dressings, including Wound – VAC systems.
- Catheter care (intermittent, continuous, suprapubic).
- Sutere and staple removal.
- Collection of ordered specimens : (blood, stool, sputum, urine, etc.) Reporting results to physician in a timely manner (stat if need it).

SQ and IM injections.
- Tracheostomy care and enteral tube medication adminstration.
- Application of Unna’s Boot and other compression devices.
- Nursing teaching on complete spectrum of medical diagnoses and required skills (including multilingual teaching brochures).
Home Intravenous Therapy
- Blood draw, madication administration, maintenance of IV – catheters: Port-a-Cath, PICC lines (Groshong or non-Groshong), Hickman or Broviac.
- Insertion, adminstration of Medication, maintenance of peripheral line.
